The ATS 2000 Turbo “G” 4 Pneumatic Utility Cutter with 340 Degree enclosed guard. The outstanding uncluttered side-to-centre of only 48mm which can produce a cut of 67mm vertical depth, and is the ideal tool for accurate and quick cutting off of excessively long roof bolts, jammed drill steels and cables. The ATS 2000 Pneumatic Utility Cutter has very good ergonomics and balance with a spade handle for better control in many positions, making the tool very user friendly. The motor produces 3kW and has exceptional torque and power even at low air pressures and has a light weight durable design with rust free components and a stainless steel cylinder. The ATS 2000 Pneumatic Utility Cutter also has a built in safety latch trigger, is lubrication free, and has fail-safe governor that will not over speed. With the cut off wheel enclosed it is not possible to break or crack the wheel if the unit is dropped (a common problem experienced underground with the normal 50% open guard). The guard also contains most of the sparks in side the guard.

The unique registered design of the ATS 2000 Pneumatic PVC and HDPE Chainsaw, allows for automatic precision leveling and aligning of the HDPE or PVC Pipe in relation to the frame via the chain-lock strap, which holds the HDPE or PVC pipe down while cutting is in process. THE SOLUTION TO OVER SPEED AND GREATER SAFETY
The greatest hazard condition of a Pneumatic Vertical & Horizontal Grinders is caused by over speed. 90% of over speed occurs in the off load condition. HOW IT WORKS
The TURBO G4 bursts into life the second you switch on the safety lock throttle, running to the maximum safe permissible speed of the wheel. When the slightest load is applied the speed controller senses this and responds by increasing airflow with only a 3% reduction in speed under full load. Conventional speed controllers reduce speed by between 12% and 20% speed reduction under full load result in reducing power output, production and wheel life potential. Another great feature of the grinder’s speed controller is decreased motor speed with any increase in air pressure above design 6.2bar pressure (90psi), which is unique to the Turbo G4 rapid response governor.SAFETY BENEFITS
