The new ATS Opti-flow G2 Double Diaphragm Pump with 50mm inlet & discharge has been designed with South Africa Mining Industry in mind.
The pump has market leading valve assembly and is lubrication free with incorporate built in micro filter, silencer and Opti-flow air control valve, restart plunger valve should the pump get stuck and 2″ BSP inlet bush allowing for direct connection from STD 1″ (25mm) mining hoses used underground.
The pump will pass 19mm solids, optional Quick Release Clamps on the inlet and discharge manifolds can be dismantled in one minute where quick dismantling is important, cement and other quick setting materials which are pumped can be flushed out in minutes without the need of spanner for dismantling & assembling.
The pump is capable of pumping water and other low viscosity material at 715 LIT per minute, as well as other materials, mud, sludge and coal sludge or contaminated water etc.
